Our founder, Swami Dhyan Unmesh, is an Osho-trained Meditation Facilitator, Breath Coach, and Restorative Yoga Teacher with over two decades of experience. His journey through meditation centers, retreats, and yogic traditions has given him a profound understanding of how posture, breath, and awareness shape the meditation experience. Guided by this wisdom, he created a line of ergonomic tools that have helped thousands sit longer, breathe deeper, and meditate with greater ease.
