We offer a 7-day replacement or store credit policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or store credit.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, the item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in the same condition as received
The product must be unused and unwashed
All original tags must be intact
The product must be returned in its original packaging
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
To initiate a replacement request, please contact us at support@friendsofmeditation.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share detailed instructions on how and where to send the product.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:
The product is damaged or defective
You have received an incorrect item
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Once the returned item (if required) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Store credit will be issued to your account
Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
