Return & Replacement Window

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns, Replacement & Refunds

To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

• All original tags must be intact

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• A valid proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share instructions for the return process.
Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective item

• An incorrect product

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days
